In lovely countryside, less than two miles from the town, we offer two self-catering holiday homes sensitively converted from ancient farm buildings. Both cottages are Grade II listed buildings and combine original features with modern comforts. They are off a quiet road next to a small working farm.

Across a yard, close but completely separate, the 17th century Old Stables is a high-quality three-bed-roomed conversion. Both buildings are part of a very special medieval farmstead set in pretty unspoilt countryside. The Old Stables offers wheelchair access.

If an extra bedroom is needed there is The Bee House in the garden – a bedroom with en-suite shower room which can accommodate two additional people. This room cannot be rented on its own as it has no kitchen or living space.

The delightful little market town of Castle Cary is less than 2 miles away. It has small interesting shops which can supply all your needs, and offers a Tuesday market and free parking.
