A traditional, white-washed Cornish farm cottage, enjoying uninterrupted views across wooded valleys and fields to the sea. Sleeps 2-4 in one double and one twin room.

Set to one side of the unmade farm track to Lower Tresmorn farm, the cottage is surrounded by a lawned and fenced garden.

You enter the front door into the cosy sitting room, with a coal-burning stove set in a granite hearth and comfortable sofas leading into the beamed dining room.

The well-equipped kitchen is set on the left of the front door and stairs divide at the top to the two bedrooms [one double and one twin] and little bathroom with bath, basin and WC with views!

Facilities include:- electric cooker with grill, microwave oven, fridge-freezer, dish-washer, washing machine, toaster, electric kettle, iron, cot and high chair,TV, DVD player, garden furniture and barbecue.

Heating is provided by ample electric fires, two night storage heaters and a coal-burning stove.

Bedlinen is provided but please bring your own towels. [towels can be provided for overseas guests at £6 per person].

Electricity is charged at cost by meter reading. The cost of the night storage heating is inclusive in the rental from the end of September to the end of April.

Coal is charged at cost and is available from us at the farm.

Directions
From the M5:
Take the A30 by passing Okehampton and Launceston.
About 3 miles after Launceston turn right onto the A395 sign-posted Hallworthy and North Cornwall.

At Hallworthy take the B3262 on the right until you reach the A39. Turn right towards Bude and continue for 5 miles until you reach Wainhouse Corner [40 mph. limit on junction], turn second left, not to Rosecare, sign-posted Crackington Haven.

Take next right on a bend sign-posted Dizzard and Millook and continue on this winding road for approximately 2 miles.

At a red post box, turn left into a NO THROUGH ROAD to Tresmorn, continue to the end and fork left to Lower Tresmorn, down an unmade track.
