Welcome to Ashes Farm Cottages

Ashes Common Farm is situated near Castle Hill, Almondbury, surrounded by fields and with magnificent views over Huddersfield and the tributary valleys.

The origins of the farm date back to the 17th century. The cruck frame and rafters of Cruck Cottage date from this period. The building was formerly an outbuilding of a typical dairy farm, but has been transformed in recent years to make a very attractive, individual holiday cottage.
