We ask guests not to smoke or bring dogs in any of our properties and to show a responsible "Duty of Care" to all fixtures, fittings and appliances leaving the property in good order to be serviced for the next guests.

Credit/Debit cards must guarantee all bookings with a deposit of £200.00 per week. We respectfully remind guests that a reservation constitutes a contract between themselves and The Cottages.

Any reservations or part thereof cancelled within a month of arrival may be charged for unless the accommodation is re-let to another guest. The proprietors will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to resident's property.
