Ashpot Cottage, of timber framed construction, is the largest of our holiday homes on offer.
With four upstairs bedroom, and a further bedroom/study downstairs, Ashpot Cottage can accommodate up to eight people. With stair gates, fireguard and enclosed rear garden, this cottage is particularly suitable for families. Cots and highchairs are available on request.
Use of the leisure club (subject to availability), and the main grounds are still included with Ashpot Cottage.

Local Services: Louth is a 20 minute walk or 5 minute drive and has a variety of restaurants, local speciality shops and 2 small supermarkets, markets on a Wednesday, Friday and Saturday.

Entering Louth on the A16 from Grimsby:
At the roundabout where Louth ring road starts, (recognisable by the caravan sales site on the left), go straight over, heading towards Louth town centre, * you are now on North Holme Road.
Go past the Lord Tennyson pub (on the right), many car salesrooms and a secondary school.
After ˜My Fathers moustache" pub, and a pelican crossing, turn left at Browns Peugeot garage
In 200 yards at the crossroads with a Spar shop on the right hand side, turn left onto Brackenborough Road.
Continue along this road for approx. 1/4 mile, past a post office and fish and chip shop, you need to turn right onto Willow drive opposite the Britton Group offices.
Follow Willow Drive right to the end, Ashwater House is at the bottom, please call at the main house, which is the managers residence.
Entering Louth on the A157 from Wragby:
When reaching the outskirts of Louth you will meet the ring road, turn left towards Grimsby and travel to the next roundabout, here turn right and follow directions from *.
Entering Louth from A16 Spilsby to Boston:
Go straight into Louth down the hill and through the traffic lights. You are on Upgate.
Continue downhill past a garage on your right, continue past the traffic lights and the big church.
Go past McCleods shop and over a little bridge, and head back up a hill past another garage (Volvo).
At the t-junction turn right, and follow directions from *.
Entering Louth from Horncastle on A153:
As you drive to Louth you will meet the ring road, turn left onto the ring road.
Carry on over the first roundabout towards Grimsby.
At the next roundabout, turn Right signposted Louth.
