Directions
By Car:
Exit A19 at Tynemouth (A1058). Follow A1058 to Tynemouth until you reach the seafront. Turn right at roundabout on seafront and then continue straight on over next roundabout, keeping the sea on your left. Apartment is on the right at the other end of the row with the Grand Hotel on. Front door is up side street on right.
By Train to Newcastle Central Station:
Take metro north 1 stop to Monument station. Change line to trains for the coast. Get off at Tynemouth station and walk along Front Street (where all the shops, pubs and restaurants are), follow seafront 300m then turn left up side street beside number 48. Front door on right.
High season 1st April to 30th September plus Easter fortnight if before April. Low season 1st October to 31st March excluding Easter fortnight if falls within this period.
High season tariff: £960.00 for a long break (7 nights) or £480.00 for a weekend (Friday - Sunday) or short break (Monday - Thursday).
Low season tariff: £660.00 for a long break (7 nights) or £330.00 for a weekend (Friday - Sunday) or shortbreak (Monday - Thursday).
Generally Friday is the start day for weekend breaks (2 nights) and long breaks (7 nights). Short breaks (3 nights) start on Monday and end on Thursday.
Apartment available from 2.00pm on first day and should be vacated by 11.00am on final day.
Some negotiation around start day and arrival/departure times may be possible in low season.
Arrangements will be made for key collection and drop-off once booking confirmed and payment received.
