Directions
From M27 junction 11 take A32 towards Gosport. Keep in right hand lane and take B3385 to Lee on the Solent. Follow road all the way until you reach the cross roads in the villge. Turn left along the High Stret for approx 200 yards and then take first left into Studland Road. Take first right into Lulworth Road and Bay Tree is second on right.
