Rose Cottage is a beautifully renovated cottage situated on our working farm in the Warwickshire Countryside.
The cottage is extremely spacious and offers comfortable accommodation, tasteful decoration and is fully equipped for all your needs.
Enjoy views of the countryside whilst you relax in peaceful surroundings or head for Warwick Castle for a great day out (2 miles). We are within easy reach of Stratford-upon-Avon, Kenilworth, Leamington Spa and the honeypot villages of the Cotswolds as well as the NEC, NAC and Coventry and Birmingham Airport.
The Cottage is fully equipped with modern facilities and furnished to a very high standard. Sleeping 4-5 persons it is centrally heated and double-glazed throughout.
All linen and towels are provided along with tea, coffee, sugar, milk, orange juice and basics for cooking.
A food package or breakfast basket is also available upon request.
Downstairs comprises of entrance hall, cloakroom, toilet, lounge with sofa bed, TV, DVD and video.
A large open plan kitchen diner includes a farmhouse table and washing machine, dishwasher, oven/hob, fridge freezer, microwave etc.
There is a further seating area with French doors leading out onto the private patio area and lawned gardens.
Stairs lead to two large double bedrooms, one with king size bed, and one with twin beds and a spacious bathroom with shower.
A very popular bar / restaurant is within walking distance.

From the M40:
From junction 15 of the M40, take the A46(N) signposted Coventry. Exit at the second junction, signposted 'Leek Wootton'. At the roundabout take the 4th exit signed Warwick A429. Continue straight on and approx 500m on the right is the turning for Loes Farm, directly opposite the layby next to the Saxon Mill public house.
Continue up the farm drive, round the bend and Rose Cottage is on your right hand side.
