A pair of barn owls are regular visitors.

From A140 Norwich to Cromer Road take the Erpingham turn off. At the Spread Eagle pub turn down School Road which is opposite the phone box. Mill House Barn is loacted on the right hand side down a gravel drive, five properties down the road.
