Ideally located for all amenities with shops, pubs, restaurants and theatre close by and an easy walk from the seafront by Torre Abbey Sands.
The apartments are totally self contained and can accommodate from 2-6 persons.
Each Flat has its own front door, Shower or Bathroom, Toilet, Full Size Cooker and Refrigerator, Microwave, fitted carpets, heaters in Lounge and Bedroom, electric meter and fully equipped kitchen. Also included are colour TV with freeview digital channels and one parking space per flat.
We have a large secluded garden which guests are free to use and is ideal for the children to play or for all to relax and enjoy the mild English Riviera weather.
Children particularly enjoy playing in our 'treehouse,' which can be a castle, pirate ship or whatever else their imagination can bring to life. They can climb the ladder to the platform and slide back down to play on the swing or shoot a few hoops on the mini basketball.
We are situated very close to the shops, town centre, harbour, marina and beaches; all are within easy walking distance.
Bus stops and coach trips close by can take you to all parts of Devon including Paignton and Brixham as well as around Torquay itself, whilst Dartmoor is only a pleasant drive away.
There are also many interesting attractions within easy reach such as Cockington Country Park, a great day out for all the family; Torre Abbey with its museum and gallery; Babbacombe Downs, Theatre and Model Village to name but a few.
Abbey Sands Beach is only a ten minute stroll away. It is a sandy beach with safe swimming, watersports, toilets, refreshments and deck chair hire.
Just across the road are Torquay's famous gardens with tennis, bowls, pitch and putt, crazy golf and the 12th century Torre Abbey.
There is an indoor wave pool with water slide at the adjacent Riviera Centre.

Directions
Take the A3022 from Newton Abbot and head towards Torquay Town Centre until you reach Torre Railway Station.
Pass through the lights at Torre Railway Station (Halfords), keeping to the left hand lane and go along Newton Road.
Take the next right turn, at the bollards, into Tor Park Road then immediately turn left into Vansittart Road.
