Centrally located on the Shetland mainland you have the choice of venturing to the north mainland or visiting the outer islands of Whalsay, Skerries, Yell, Unst and Fetlar or venture south to Lerwick, the islands capital and from there explore the south mainland.

Double bedroom with double bed, bedside cabinets, chest of drawers, double wardrobe, dressing table, mirror, hair dryer and electric panel heater. Best quality bed linen and towels are provided with additional linen if required
Living room with comfortable double sofa, ortho chair, nest of coffee tables, TV, DVD, sound system, extensive literature, Up Helly Aa,Traditional Shetland music, books and games. Pine dining table, chairs and table linen provided. Electric panel heater and fuel effect fire.
Kitchen newly fitted with gas cooker, fridge, microwave, use of washing machine, kettle, toaster, crockery, cutlery and towels are provided to ensure you have all the utilities you require for a comfortable stay.

The brand new guests apartment has its own private entrance.
Bathroom: Fitted unit with large mirror, shaver socket, towel rail, electric wall heater and shower. Best quality towels provided with additional linen if required.
Utility room with dryer, use of chest freezer, indoor dryer, iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, cleaning utensils, outside drying facilities. Laundry basket bin and radio.
Garden: You have your own private patio and garden, with garden furniture comprising of picnic table with comfy cushions. Additional seating provided overlooking outstanding sea views. Use of barbeque equipment.
All electricity, heating, bedding and towels are included in the price.
Ann provides a very generous Welcome Food Pack including a freshly baked loaf.
Our local shop with everything you need and post office is 3 miles along the coastal road where you can fill up with petrol too.
