A unique historical building located in the Thomas Telford Conservation Area of Lower Pulteneytown in Wick.

This lovely old house is a traditional terraced building but of an extremely high standard - retaining most of the original features of plaster cornice work and lovely woodwork.

The holiday home offered is located on the middle floor and comprises three lovely bedrooms, a shower room, hallway, lounge and dining kitchen.

The home has been furnished and equipped to an extremely high standard and is just ideal for a family visit to Wick.

Close by you will find a good selection of cafes, bars and restaurants - you will be spoilt for choice.

Directions
From South Road go straight on into Francis Street - straight on at traffic lights and down Cliff. At roundabout go 4th left down past front of Mackays Hotel. Follow Union Street down into Bank Row. At foot of Union street you will see to your left a tanning salon and just a couple of doors along you will see Duncorann House (No 37). There is a walking trail along this route and people on foot will be able to see pictures and sayings engraved in the footpath... Duncorann House being an original property in the area has its name on the paving.
