Entry is through the original coach house doors to a private walled courtyard. The ground floor has a shower room with toilet and hand basin and a utility area with washing machine. The first floor has a spacious living room with sitting area featuring an open fire (first load fuel supplied free), sofa bed, satellite TV, DVD and Hi Fi system, dining room area plus open plan kitchen area with cooker, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and microwave.
