This charming, historic house is in a peaceful setting just below the Mercat Cross in the heart of the village, close to the River Teith. One of a pair, it has been thoughtfully furnished and decorated to a high standard, retaining original features such as the kitchen range with its cosy fire. Doune is an entirely authentic village with several good food and gift shops, a variety of places to eat, and most of all a genuine welcome.
