Leamington Spa is easily accessible from the M40, M42, M1 and M6 motorways, then via the A452 or A445. Lansdowne Circus is a cul-de-sac road which can be entered from Willes Road (B4099). The property is number 8, located in the middle of the Circus.
By Train:
Leamington Spa has a well-serviced train station. Regular train services run from London (Paddington or Marylebone), Birmingham, Oxford and Coventry. The property is around a 10 minute walk from the train station, via Spencer Street, Victoria Terrace, The Parade and Willes Road.
By Bus:
Regular bus services run from Coventry, Warwick and Stratford-upon-Avon to Leamington.
Check out is 10.00am and check in from 3.00pm (last arrivals 6pm). Changeover day is Saturday, although this may be flexible depending upon existing bookings.
