This is a modern detached building in the 2 acre gardens of Chesterfield Lodge. It is quietly situated away from the main building and is fully self-contained. Ideally it is suitable for two adults, but also has a double futon in the lounge for up to two children. There is a cot available.
The kitchen is well equipped with micro-wave cooker, four ring gas hob, fridge, freezer, crockery and cutlery. There is no washing machine.
In the lounge there is a colour TV/DVD combination, two leather arm-chairs and the futon/setee.
The bathroom facilities comprise a bath with shower fittings, wash basin and flush toilet.
A high wall surrounds Chesterfield Lodge and the gardens are not overlooked making for complete seclusion.
The West Norfolk village of Emneth is about 2.5 miles to the southeast of the Fenland market town of Wisbech and about 12 miles west of Kings Lynn. The A47 road gives good access from the midlands and also to the North Norfolk coast.
There is coarse fishing and golf nearby.
An ideal spot to get away from it all and enjoy the huge skies of Fenland.

Directions
The A47 road passes to the south of Wisbech. The A1101 joins the A47 at the Elme Hall Hotel roundabout. Take the A1101 (south) off this roundabout in the direction of Downham Market and after about 800 metres take a left-hand fork (Church Road) sign posted 'Emneth'. Follow this road past the church then a sharp right-hand bend. Immediately after this bend take the first left-hand road: this is Hungate road. Chesterfield Lodge is located about 400 metres on the right-hand side, opposite the bowling green.
