Haven Cottage

Cottage's own web site
Welcome to Haven Cottage, two bedroom, 300 year old flint cottage, which was the former stables to the Mill House.

The Cottage has been lovingly restored and is just a few steps from the ancient inns, antique shops and gardens of Eastbourne's picturesque Old Town and Motcombe Village.

The cottage consists of a living room, kitchen, shower room and two bedrooms, one double and one twin. There is a delightful south facing cottage garden to the front of the property and a pretty enclosed courtyard garden to the rear. The cottage has been tastefully furnished and well equipped to reflect the period of the property and to ensure your holiday experience is happy and trouble free.

The property is ideally situated for exploring Eastbourne and its surrounding areas. Old Town has a variety of shops, pubs and restaurants and a supermarket within walking distance of the cottage. The town centre and seafront are about a mile from the Cottage and can be reached on foot or by a short bus journey.

The town centre has a wide variety of shops, theatres and amenities including the pier, the bandstand and the famous carpet gardens.

Haven Cottage as the name suggests is a peaceful haven away from bustling busy life where guests can relax, read, and listen to music.

  • Beautifully furnished and a delightful garden.
  • Within a mile of the seafront and two miles of the South Downs.
