The cottage contains:
Lounge - A relaxing area complete with gas fire, TV, VCR and radio/CD-player. A modern double bed-settee provides additional sleeping facilities.
Kitchen - A bright, modern kitchen with a full range of faciities including: Gas Cooker, Fridge/Freezer, Washing Machine, Dishwasher and generous cupboard space. Crockery, cutlery and cooking equipment is all provided. Dining Area - Comfortably seats four people.
Conservatory - A large room with comfortable chairs which forms an integral part of the accommodation.
Family Bedroom - A spacious family room with a double bed, a full-size single bed and ample wardrobe space.
Bedroom 2 - Includes two full-size single beds and hanging space for clothes.
Bathroom/Toilet - Includes a bath and an electric shower. A socket for electric razors is provided.
Decking & Garden - The decking provides a spacious outdoor area complete with large table and chairs. A wide grassed area is also available.
Parking - There is a parking area at the front of the house for two cars.
We are close to the three towns of Ayr, Kilmarnock and Irvine, where there are restaurants and bars, cinemas etc.
We are only a forty minute drive from the city of Glasgow where there are many tourist attractions and places to visit. There are also local country parks, Dean park, Culzean Castle, Drumlanford Castle all well within visiting distance.
