Cottage's own web site
In the middle of this picturesque village, Larachbeag is on the ground floor of a former railway building.

The kitchenette, although small, is equipped with cooker, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster and a good range of pots, pans and utensils.

The living room is spacious and comfortable, with an open fire. There is a good-sized dining table and a comfortable, manageable sofa-bed. TV, hi-fi and DVD player are also provided.

The double bedroom has a very comfortable bed, a wardrobe and chest of drawers, and is pleasantly lit.

The adjacent bathroom has WC, basin, electric shower over the bath, and shaver point.

The house is warmed by electric heaters, with timers for your convenience. For your safety, there are two smoke alarms.

There is private parking to the side of the house.

All the local amenities such as shops, post office, hotels, restaurants and tea-shops are within walking distance. A short drive takes you through Perthshire's spectacular scenery to golf courses, watersports centres, and hillwalking and climbing to suit all levels of abilities. Less strenuous local walks are well signposted throughout the village. The famous Falls of Dochart are a 5-minute walk up the Main Street.

Highlights
  • The open fire in the living room provides a very warm welcome.
