We are a family owned company leasing good clean well furnished holiday chalet accommodation to families who want to enjoy a holiday in the Great Yarmouth/Norfolk Broads area.
The chalet contains a comfortable lounge with double bed settee, dining suite, colour TV, Freeview, DVD player, radio and electric heater.
A fully equipped kitchen, with electric cooker/microwave/toaster, kettle and refrigerator. Electric iron, ironing board and vacuum cleaner supplied.
Fully tiled bathroom has full size bath with electric shower above the bath, flush toilet and washbasin.
Bedroom 1 has a double bed, fitted wardrobe and storage cabinet.
Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds, wardrobe and storage cabinet.
Electric heating in lounge and bedrooms.

Electricity by £1 coin operated meter with tariff being set by the site owner.

1. Depart Great Yarmouth along the A149 towards Caister-on-Sea for a distance of approx. 3km.
2. At roundabout (Greyhound Stadium) take the FIRST exit onto A149 Caister By Pass. Approx. 1.7km.
3. At roundabout take the SECOND exit onto A149 Caister By Pass. Approx. 1.9km.
4. At roundabout take the SECOND exit onto local roads, Scratby Road, Approx. 0.8km.
5. Just past the Wheelstop restaurant turn right into California Road (signposted California). California Sands Estate is the first chalet park on the left.
If travelling by public transport then the bus stops by the entrance to California Sands Estate.
