The Old Chapel is the former Methodist Sunday School for the hamlet of Upper Hulme. The Chapel is a detached building with a small but enclosed garden; a pub serving food is 200 yards away.

The Chapel has been sympathetically converted to provide accommodation for 6 ( plus cot) in 3 bedrooms. There are 2 shower rooms. We provide all linen; the cottage is fully equipped to provide a 'home from home' and facilities include washer/dryer, iron, microwave, TV with video and DVD, music centre.

Situated in the Peak District within a small rural hamlet yet only 4 miles from Leek and close to many attractions such as Alton Towers, The Roaches walking and climbing area, Buxton, Heights of Abraham etc.
We are pet friendly and accept up to 2 dogs for a small fee (£15 per dog); we are competitively priced.

Local Services: Situated in a quiet hamlet , the cottage is the former Sunday School. A pub serving food 200 yards from the cottage.4 miles from Leek ( shops, banks, antiques) and within 10 miles of Buxton ( antiques, theatre).

Directions
From Leek ( 4 miles):
Take the A53 towards Buxton. Shortly after passing the Three Horseshoes pub look for the left turn soon after the bondary sign for The Peak District and near the base of a sharp dip signposted towards Upper Hulme, Olde Rock Inn and Potting Shed. Continue along lane ( Old Buxton Road) sweeping round to the right. The Old Chapel Cottage is immediately on the left side before reching the Olde Rock Inn which is higher up the slope. Parking is in the road outside.
