Trebartha offers a ground floor property in a superb location over looking open farm land with views towards Chew Valley Lake an area of outstanding natural beauty.

Bristol, Bath and Wells are all just a short drive away. Bristol International Airport 6 miles.
All rooms on ground floor level, 3 steps leading to the property. Trebartha is built into a small hill so the twin bedroom and lounge have stunning views towards the lake.

Directions
From Bristol:
Follow the A37 South of Bristol, through Whitechurch and Pensford until you reach a roundabout. At the roundabout, take the third exit onto the A368 towards Bishop Sutton. Enter the village and take the first right just past the tennis courts and 30 mph speed limit, and then immediatly left into our drive.

From Bath:
Take the A36 West of Bath until you reach a roundabout, take the second exit. Follow the A39 for Marksbury and look for the A368 sign where the road forks. Stay on this road and enjoy the views. Enter the village and turn right just past the tennis couts and 30mph sign then immediatly left into our drive.

From Bristol Airport:
Take the A38 towards Bristol and follow the signs for Winford (just past the Airport Tavern). Then take the A3130 towards Chew Magna, Follow the B3130 until you reach a mini roundabout. At this roundabout take the third exit towards Chew Stoke. At the give way junction, bear right onto the B3114 and take the next left this will take you past Chew Valley Lake. Follow the signs for Bishop Sutton. We are the last house on the left before entering the village.

Pricing and Opening Times
Seasons Open: Spring, Summer, Autumn, Winter.

Low Season. November-March (excluding Christmas New Year Easter School Holidays) £370.00 per week.

Short breaks available (3 days minimum) from £250.00 (mid-week).

Mid Season April May June September October (excluding School holidays. Easter Bank Holidays) £430.00 per week.

Short breaks available from £280.00 (mid-week) 3 nights minimum.
High Season July August Bank Holidays School Holidays Christmas New Year. Easter. £550.00 per week.

Deposit required at time of booking £150.00 non refundable. Balance due 8 weeks prior to rental. We would advice all our clients to take out their own holiday insurance.
