This delightful cottage is situated in the heart of the village of Killin within the Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park, the first national park in Scotland.
Killin is perhaps one of the most picturesque villages in Scotland, with the Falls of Dochart within it and Loch Tay on its doorstep. It is also very centrally located for visiting areas such as Glencoe (1 Hour 15mins), Pitlochry, Perth, Stirling and Oban (1 Hour), Fortwilliam (2 hours), Loch Ness (2 hours 30 Mins), Gleneagles (1 hour), Edinburgh and Glasgow (1 Hour 30 Mins).
The accomodation comprises of 2 double bedrooms and 1 twin, a large living room, upstairs bathroom, dining kitchen, small conservatory, enclosed back garden.

Directions
From Stirling:
Take the A84 to Lochearnhead.
At Lochearnhead follow the A85 (signposted Crianlarich)
At Lix Toll turn right to Killin on the A827
On reaching Killin follow the Main street though and turn right at the schoolinto Lyon Road.
At the end of Lyon Road turn right then left into Ballechroisk Terrace.
