Buarthau Farmhouse with hot tub spa is a secluded, Grade II listed, 18th century luxury stone and slate farmhouse set in 90 acres of the beautiful Snowdonia National Park, near Beddgelert.
Guests have exclusive use of the 2-3 seater hot tub spa.
The cottage sleeps maximum of 6 people in three bedrooms (double, twin with additional sitting srea and bunks), 2 bathrooms including power shower, bath and bidet. Lots of original features retained and soft lemon or white limewashed walls throughout.
A large modern and superbly equipped kitchen/diner inc. dishwasher, huge fridge-freezer, double electric over, microwave, stainless overmount sink and extendable white pedestal dining table and matching chairs with seat pads. A lounge with huge inglenook and woodburner, plus two comfy sofas (logs provided). TV/DVD/Video/CD player, games and lots of books.
The cottage has under floor heating downstairs and radiators
upstairs, it is carpeted on the stairs and upper floor.

We provide basic essentials such as tea, coffee, sugar, herbs and spices, milk, fresh free-range eggs from our own hens, WC paper, olive oil, condiments, eggs, butter, soap, shampoo, shower gel etc.
Extra towels, 2 bath robes and 2 pairs flips flops provided for use in hot tub.

We supply full printed Travel Directions when booking. A car is preferable but not essential as we have had guestsd arriving by bicycle or even steam train (we collect from Beddgelert). Although secluded, the cottage is easily reached via a narrow, gated lane. Our OS map reference is SH625 476. Sat Nav can be unreliable with far reaching rural postcodes. No mobile phone reception in area.
Low Season: £435.00 per week (7 nights).
Long weekends and short breaks welcomed.
Winter Half-Term Breaks: £535.00.
Spring: £635.00.
Early Summer, Spring and Autumn School Holidays and Christmas/New Year £835.00.
High Season: £935.00.
We try to be flexible with changeover days - although it is usually Saturday.
Do ask about short breaks at any time of the year - we will accommodate you if we can!
With full underfloor heating/radiators, roaring woodburners and the hot tub spa, the property is well suited to year-round holidays.
At Christmas and New Year we provide seasonal decorations.
