Georges Cottage is a four star rated, country cottage in the village of West Witton, in the Yorkshire Dales National Park.
The cottage retains the original beamed ceilings and stripped wood floors. It has a new, well-equipped, oak fitted kitchen/diner and bathroom, with electric power shower. There is a comfortable lounge with a 200 year old stone fire surround and multi-fuel stove.
One double bedroom, with a refurbished Victorian cast iron bed and
one children's bunk bedroom. In addition, there is a double sofa-bed in the lounge.

From the South:
Exit the A1 at Leeming bar, take the A684 west through Bedale and Leyburn. From the North, exit the A1 at Scotch Corner on the A6108 via Richmond and Leyburn, then the A684 to West Witton(4 miles)
The cottage is situated in the centre of the village next door to the Wesleyan Chapel.
By Public Transport:
The nearest main line train stations are at Darlington and Northallerton.
Regular bus service runs from Darlington and Northallerton to West Witton via Leyburn.
