Although the cottage is located next to the owners main home, it enjoys privacy and the small hamlet is charming and quiet giving guests a get away from it all experiance.
The open plan layout of the downstairs has wooden floors and beamed ceiling. The Log burner is a welcome addition on cooler evenings.
There are two comfortable sofas and large pine farmhouse table and chairs.
The kitchen area is fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer/microwave and full size gas hob and oven.
Each of the bedrooms have their own en-suite shower rooms and comfortable full sized beds which will be made up with fresh linen for your arrival.
The cottage is in an ideal location for the spectaular Cardigan Bay coast line with abundance of wildlife and coastal walks. There are also many places of interest within easy reach including the National Botanic Gardens and Aberglasny.
This Cottage is ideal for Either Couples or Families.

Turn 3nd left after entering the village sign of LLanllwni after 1 mile turn right, cottage can be found 1.5 miles on left.
From Lampeter A485:
After leaving the village of Llanybydder after approx 2 miles turn right 1.5 miles, cottage on right.
The cost of rental for High Season July/August: £500.00 per week all inclusive.
Mid Season May/June/September: £400.00 per week all inclusive.
Low Season: Jan/Feb/Mar/Apr/Oct/Nov/Dec: £325.00 per week inclusive.
Christmas/New Year: £500.00 per week inclusive. Fresh local Christmas Tree provided.
Easter/Whitsun: £400.00 per week inclusive.
The cottage is available all year.
We can also offer short breaks during off peak season.
