The 1st bedroom, with stunning views towards Whitby's distinctive Abbey headland, has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a Victorian style roll-top bath.
The 2nd bedroom has twin beds and is very light and bright as it benefits from three sash windows.
The house shower room has a 3-piece suite with a quadrant corner shower unit.
The corner sofa unit in the lounge also includes a recliner chair and transforms into a sofa bed if required.
There are wall mounted electric radiators with individual timer controls and thermostats.

Head south out of town through Ruswarp on the B1416 towards Scarborough. Sneaton lies around 3 miles from Whitby town centre and you will find Sneaton Hall on your left hand side as you enter the village.
