7a Lifeboat Avenue,is a self contained ground floor annexe attached to our family home. Located in the Seacroft area of Skegness, we are close to local amenities. Skegness town centre and the Seafront attractions are a short walk away.
The annex is attached to the family home, so we prefer to accept bookings from families and couples
The annexe consists of a kitchen/diner, lounge with double bed/settee, TV/DVD.
Bedroom (2 single beds and bunk beds), and bathroom.
Bed linen, towels, gas and electricity are included in the price.
We are situated in a quiet cul-de-sac, a very short walk away from the South foreshore and beach. Gibraltar point nature reserve is a short drive away.
We have two dogs of our own and realise how difficult it is to get holiday accomodation with pets. Therefore, we welcome well behaved dogs with their owners.

Directions
On arrival in Skegness, follow signs for Seacroft village/ Gibraltar point. Along Drummond road, lifeboat avenue, is the first left after the Royal Hotel.
Prices start at £160.00 per week, early season, up to £260.00 per week in peak season.
Short breaks are available and are priced on application.
