'The Bothy' has been totally renovated, right back to the stonework, and fitted out for modern day holiday living.

The fittings inside have been designed with one eye on our 'less able' guests, to make a visit to Grantown on Spey in the Scottish Highlands, pleasurable and comfortable.

Car parking is available in the car park to the rear, with level access at the front.

The Bothy is situated away from the road and as such is a quiet retreat for that long awaited break, yet within easy distances of Grantown square and the area attractions.

The cottage which is fully insulated and double glazed, consists of:
One double bedroom, a Z bed is available for a 3rd person and a cot if required. A large shower / toilet. The cosy living room has a log effect electric fire, comfy seating, satellite television, wireless internet. The kitchen and breakfast area contain a breakfast bar, washer dryer, fridge, microwave, cooker and many small appliances.

The bathroom is fully fitted and spacious, the door is outward opening, the shower area is large with only a small rise to enter, and has a drop down seat to use whilst showering if required. There are grabrails to make movement in this area much easier.

We anticipate that demand for the use of The Bothy will be high, and with very reasonable weekly rates, it will not be vacant for long. The weekly rate includes the first £20 of electricity used and a complete linen change at the end of your stay. Towels, sheets and bedding are provided.
