Within easy reach of the coast, the Eden Project, the Lost Gardens of Heligan, Daphne du Maurier country, Bodmin Moor and numerous National Trust properties, the cottage is perfectly situated to allow the pleasures of this part of Cornwall to be enjoyed.
This is a private letting and has been used as a second home for some years. The particularly welcoming and comfortable accommodation incorporates sitting room with gas fire, kitchen with breakfast area and adjoining dining room. The master bedroom with en-suite shower room has a super king sized bed. There are two further large twin bedded rooms and a family bathroom.

Directions
Follow A38 (extension of M5 at Exeter) through towards Plymouth, then Liskeard. Turn off left in Dobwalls where signposted Duloe. Go through Duloe and at sharp left bend just outside Duloe, go right to Tredinnick. Exit Tredinnick and after about 1 mile, on reaching a five-way crossroads, take lane marked with no trough road "T". Follow up to Polpever. The Old Barn is last property down the hill.
