Overlooking fields at the front and back, this cottage is located on the edge of the South Downs and yet 1.5 miles from Chichester Harbour an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
Equi-distant between the Roaman/Georgian city of Chichester with its shops, theatre, galleries and restaurants, and the busy port of Portsmouth with the Historic Ships, Naval Dockyard, and the lively Gunwharf Quays with Spinnaker Tower.
The cottage is well equipped, a "home from home" with an instant cosy feel. An open fire in the sitting room, or a gas coal effect stove in the dining room for those who prefer the easy option of an instant glowing fire. Full of information, guidebooks, maps and suggestions of places to visit, walks and things to do in the area, backed up by the tremendous knowlegde of the owner on the locality, you will never be short of things to do.
The garden is planted with lilac, lavenders, honeysuckle and jasmine - a pleasure to sit in and enjoy a leisurely breakfast or a drink on a balmy summers evening.
For those with young children, a cot and highchair are vailable and plenty of toys to keep them occupied. Baby sitting service available. West Wittering and Hayling Island are nearby for a traditional day out on the beach.
