The, one up one down house, is a 10 minute walk to the award winning, sandy beach of West Wittering and the National Trust walks and cycle routes are all straight from the doorstep.
There is a pub serving food within 5 minutes walk and a restaurant too. We are 7 miles from Chichester and 10 from Goodwood.
The house has a fully equiped galley kitchen, with electric cooker, microwave and sink.
The downstairs is airy and open plan with TV with Freeview, DVD player, free WiFi and dining area. A door leads to your very private, patio area.
A step spiral staircase takes you upstairs.
Upstairs there is a double bed and the option of additional bunk beds. There is a large ensuite with shower, sink and toilet .
A travel cot is available for your convenience and linen can be arranged including towels for a small extra charge.
