Our fully self-contained flats are situated in the heart of the golden mile, being only two minutes walk from Great Yarmouth's golden sands.
The flats sleep between two and six people and each have their own toilet, shower, fully equiped kitchen, with full size cooker, fridge, kettle, toaster, basic crockery and cutlery; most flats have a microwave.
We also have ground floor flats available.
Some flats have a bed-sitting room with a double bed, while the larger ones have an extra double and/or bunk beds (some in a seperate room).
Bed linen, colour TVs and safes are provided at no extra cost.
Electricity is supplied through a £1 coin-meter.
Holidaymakers have their own keys, to come and go as they please.
There are resident parking bays along Apsley Road and Albion Road, however, visitor parking permits are available, at a small extra charge.(please request one when booking).
We are situated in an ideal position for all of the local ameneties; within a couple of minutes walk is Britannia Pier, hosting a variety of excellent live shows.
Joyland, is a paradise of childrens fun fair rides, The Royalty Cinema and Regent Road gift shops.
Close by can be found, the Marina Leisure Centre, with it's lovely indoor wave-pool, adventure golf course, bowling greens, The Waterways and an array of amusement arcades.
Take a horse-drawn landau, or the seafront train along the Golden Mile to the Sealife Centre and Pleasure Beach, where you can experience the thrills of the latest high-tech rides.
Great Yarmouth has a fascinating heritage and stages various events and festivals throughout the year, such as maritime festivals, classic car rallies, indoor-bowls championships and carnivals right through to a The Christmas Market.
The resort buzzes with greyhound and stockcar racing throughout the year and horse-racing fixtures run from April to November.
