Set in a glorious, peaceful rural location in the foothills of the Cambrian Mountains, Cefn Coch Farm Self-Catering Cottage is an ideal holiday base, for exploring this beautiful part of West Wales.

Converted from an unused stone barn, the cottage now offers modern, luxury accommodation, set in a spectacular hillside location.

You will find the holiday cottages, about a mile above the hamlet of Glaspwll, near Machynlleth, above the forgotten Llyfnant Valley.

There is no passing traffic, except the odd tractor or horse on the bridle path, as the cottage is on a farm track.

The stone and slate cottage, has two wonderful king-size bedrooms (one that can be made up as a Twin); an ideal base for a romantic break, family holiday or couples holidaying together.

Available all the year round, the cottage has full under-floor central heating, cosy wood-burner, modern fully-fitted kitchen/dining, with integrated appliances (dishwasher, washer/dryer, electric hob and oven, fridge) freezer and microwave, and a lovely bathroom with a shower over the bath.

The unspoilt and undisturbed location of the farm is a haven for many varieties of birds, and an ideal base for keen bird watchers to see some unusual species from the doorstep.

Walkers can choose from a huge choice of walks, including Glyndwr's Way, just a few miles away.

The market town of Machynlleth (the Ancient Capital of Wales), is a short drive away, with the beaches of the Cardigan Coastline at Aberdovey, Borth and Ynyslas also within easy reach.

Nearby are the RSPB reserve at Ynys Hir, the Centre for Alternative Technology, Steam Railways (Corris, Tallylyn, Rheidol Valley etc).
