Beach Cottage, Mundesley

Holiday Cottage: 4200 Norfolk

Uniquely located on Mundesley Sea Front

Mundesley
Cottage's own web site
Beach Cottage, Norfolk enjoys a unique location with panoramic and uninterrupted sea views. Situated on Mundesley sea front, Beach Cottage is a privately owned brick and flint cottage dating back to the late 1800s. Having been extended in the 1960s it provides comfortable accommodation and is especially suited to families and people who love to be near the sea. After all, it is right there at the end of the garden!

It sleeps 6-8 people (plus cot): six in the main house and two people in a separate annex (with ensuite shower room). The Annex is ideal for those who have limited mobility as it is at ground level. Children are welcomed and catered for with discreetly stored toys, games, books and videos. We also welcome one well behaved dog, at no extra charge.

A couple of minutes from safe access to the sandy beach, we can provide you with the perfect playground where you can swim, walk, bird watch, play, search for fossils, surf or just sit and soak up the sounds of the sea. The beach is consistently awarded with Blue Flags year on year and in the peak season has a Lifeguard presence. In the peak season, dogs are limited to areas outside the promenade (5 minutes walk either side of the Cottage). Mundesley Beach is also listed in the Guardian's Top 10 'ideal' swimming beaches.

There is a private, enclosed and landscaped cliff-top garden with pub style table, barbeque area and decking. The highlight is the sheltered Lookout complete with wood-burning stove. Here you can shelter from the elements and continue to enjoy everything the location of Beach Cottage can offer. The wood burning stove keeps you warm, whilst the in-situ fridge keeps your drinks cold!

Beach Cottage is minutes away from all the amenities of a thriving village community, so you can get all you need without having to get in the car. If you want to explore though, Beach Cottage is perfectly placed to discover the natural beauty of North Norfolk.
