Located in the Derbyshire Dales, part of the Peak District it is central to all of the Peak District National Park's and many of Staffordshire's attractions, including Chatsworth House, Alton Towers, Kedleston Hall, Calke Abbey, Matlock and Bakewell.
The accommodation is all on the ground floor and includes a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, fully fitted kitchen, bathroom with bath and separate shower, living / dining room. It is centrally heated and provided with bedlinen, towels, tea towels, and gas fire at no additional cost. Private parking adjacent for 2 cars, use of over 1 acre of grounds.
It is situated in a pretty Peak District village approx. 3 miles from the historic market town of Ashbourne and 2 miles from the walking, water sports and cycling centre at Carsington Water. There are beautiful walks directly from the door and there is a comprehensive library of walking books and magazines are provided.
