The accommodation consists of a large lounge, large colour television and freeview box & DVD player.
There is a modern kitchen with dining table and chairs. Crockery, cutlery, pans etc, microwave oven, electric kettle, toaster, iron/board, washing machine, ceiling airer.
The double bedroom downstairs contains a double bed, wardrobes, bedside cabinets, bedding is provided.
The Ground floor twin bedroom contains twin single beds, wardrobes and bedside cabinet, bedding is provided.
Ground floor bathroom, full size bath with over bath shower and vanity sink unit with storage. Separate toilet downstairs.
The first floor family bedroom has a double bed & twin single beds, wardrobe and bedside cabinets, bedding is provided.
Travel cot and high-chair available on request.
Also a wheelchair is available on request
On street parking to front of property and private secure courtyard at rear.
Five minutes (no hills) walk to the fine sandy beach and town centre & Ashton gardens with its lovely gardens & tea rooms.

Leave M6 motorway at junction 32, join (M55)travel along the M55 until last junction(4).
Follow signs for Airport along the A5230, keeping in the left lane and proceed across roundabout onto Progress way.
Still following Airport signs (not Lytham St.Annes signs), continue along this road past airport until it changes into Squires Gate Lane(A5230) and you are facing the sea.
Bear left at the lights and travel along this road A584 (Clifton Drive North), go through first set of lights and take 5th turning on the left (St. Leonard's road west)and the 2nd turning on your right (Chatsworth road), we are located the second house on the left.
