Both bathrooms have power showers over baths, WCs, basins, shaver points. Bathroom 2 houses a washing machine and tumble dryer.

Please note that the stairs leading up to the 1st floor bedrooms and bathrooms are original 'cottage' stairs and are a little steep compared to modern staircases.
There is a small, south-facing front garden with benches and a covered rear courtyard for meals 'al-fresco'
