It nestles in a beautifully maintained smallholding set in a tranquil and rural location on the outskirts of the small and peaceful village of Inkberrow well known for the setting of Radio 4's The Archers.
An ideal centre from which to explore the Midlands, the Cotswolds and Shakespeare Country with its rich tapestry of culture, superb country houses and gardens and lots of interesting things to do and see. The NEC and the NIA are easily accessible. Golf, horse riding, fishing and horse racing nearby. The well known town of Stratford-upon-Avon is 10 minutes away. Village shop 3 miles, a whole host of pubs can be found in the market town of Alcester with a wide variety of restaurants.

Optional extra double en-suite bedroom above accessed via spiral staircase. All pets welcome including horses. A spiral staircase leads you to the third double bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom and beautiful views.

Disabled Facilities: Yes. Disabled Facilities Details: Once you have entered the property via one step to the front door facilities are mainly on one level apart from one double en-suit bedroom upstairs. The shower has also got one step into it. Unfortunately it would be difficult to accommodate a wheel chair user due to the gravel outside and the standard door widths to the bathroom and bedrooms.
Linen Provided: Yes. Linen Provision Details: All linen included Including towels. If a change of linen is required mid week or at the end of the second week this would charged at £20.

From the M5:
Get off at junction 6 onto the A4538 and then take the A422. You will find Oaks Barn Farm on the A422 two fields set back off the main road.
From the M42:
Get off at junction 3A and then take the B4101 to Studley carry on to the A435 then onto the A422 (Worcester road) You will find Oaks Barn Farm on the A422 two fields set back off the main road

November to April (excluding Christmas, New year and Easter): £350.00
May, June and September: £450.00.
July, August Easter, Christmas and half terms: £575.00.
Weekends from Friday to Sunday from £150.00 to £200.00 dependant on the time of year.
Arrivals from 2.00pm departures before 11.00am on day of departure some flexibility depending on time of year.
