Exit M53 at junction 2. Follow road signs for Hoylake/West Kirby (A5027) for about 2 miles. When you reach the second roundabout, take the third exit towards Hoylake/West Kirby (B5139). After passing the 'Twelfth Man' and later "The Red Cat" public houses on your left you will come to another roundabout. Take the third exit into Pump Lane then immediately turn first left into Kinloss Road. Pump View is the second house on the right (number 2 Kinloss Road).
