This large apartment consists of the upper floors of the house, it will give you an elegant place to stay, this picturesque house is set feet from the river, indeed it's first floor balcony and terrace are directly over the river, giving you a wonderful advantage point to watch the wildlife.
Lovely sunny spot in the morning to enjoy breakfast or in the evening with a glass of chilled wine to watch the swans and kingfisher.
The main house was originally the Victorian boathouse, with much later additions, formerly the restaurant and cafe, then the owner's residence. We have decided to split the house this year and give visitor's the pleasure of staying on this beautiful stretch of the River Esk.
The apartment consists of a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and very large walk in wardrobe, plus cot bedroom.
1 double bedroom, large wardrobes and shower room adjacent.
1 twin bedroom.
1 large family bathroom with roll top bath.
Large sitting room with working open fire, kitchen and dining area with French doors that lead out on to the balcony and terrace.
