The Cottage, Kyte Green, is a luxury self catering holiday cottage set in the countryside of Preston Bagot, near Henley-in-Arden.
The cottage stands in its own grounds with a large secluded garden surrounded by beautiful countryside. The Cottage has been newly furnished with the overall effect of luxury and comfort.

The cottage can sleep 8-10 people in 4 bedrooms, 1 double en-suite room, 2 twin rooms and 1 bunk bed room. Down stairs the second sitting room has a sofa bed, which can be made up to accommodate 10 people.

There is a large kitchen with dining table, leading onto a breakfast room, which catches the morning sun. The kitchen has all the appliances and equipment.

The main sitting room has a log fire place and French doors opening on to the garden. There is a second sitting room, ideal for children to play in. Both rooms have a TV with Freeview and DVD Player.

There is one main bathroom with bath, shower, basin and toilet.
The main bedroom is an en-suite with shower room.
There is also a downstairs toilet and hand basin.

The local town Henley-in-Arden has old English pubs, as well as modern wine bars and excellent restaurants.

There are golf courses in the vicinity, including two just outside Henley-in-Arden.

The historic towns of Stratford-upon-Avon and Warwick are close by.
The Cottage is 1 mile from Henley-in-Arden, which is situated on the A3400 trunk road and 7 miles north of Stratford-upon-Avon, Shakespeare's Birthplace, and 16 miles south of Birmingham - England's second city.

It is conveniently situated for access to and from the M40, M42, M6 and M5. Birmingham airport is 10 miles away (approximately 25 minutes drive).

Directions
From South of Stratford-upon-Avon:
Follow signs for S-U-A on A3400. Follow signs through to Henley-in-Arden. Turn right at traffic lights towards Warwick. Pass Garage on left, up the hill, turn left into Edge Lane. After about 3/4 mile take the first left, the cottage is the at the end on the lane on the left.

From M40/M42 (from North):
Take junction 16 off the M40. At top of slip road take signs for Henley-in-Arden. Follow road all the way through to Henley-in-Arden. Come to traffic lights, turn left, up the hill then left again into Edge Lane. After about 3/4 mile take the first left, the cottage is the at the end on the lane on the left.

From M40 (from South):
Take junction 15 off the M40. At roundabout take 2nd exit A46 towards Stratford-upon-Avon. Stay in right lane as soon as you get on to A46. Take first right towards Norton Lindsey. Follow road all the way to the T-junction. Turn left signed to Claverdon and Henley-in-Arden. Follow road through Claverdon. Pass Crab Mill Pub on right hand side. Go up hill and down the other side. Go up the next hill, at top turn right into Edge Lane. After about 3/4 mile take the first left, the cottage is the at the end on the lane on the left.

Seasons Open: Spring, Summer, Autumn.

Low Season: £600.00.
Mid Season: £700.00.
High Season: £850.00.
Peak Season: £900.00.
Christmas Season: £1,000.00.

All holiday weeks, not in the Peak or Christmas Season will be charged at High Season rates, except February half term which will be charged at Mid Season Rate.

We accept bookings for "short breaks" all year. The cost of a three-night break is 70% of a weekly rate.
