Lammas View is a Victorian terraced villa, lovingly restored in 2008, overlooking the town's common - the St Mary's Lands and Lammas Field - which is public parkland of about 140 acres containing the historic racecourse, footpaths, a nine hole public golf course and some woodland.

The house sleeps 5 adults in 3 Bedrooms - 1 double, 1 twin and 1 single (1 cot also available on request).

2 Bathrooms - family bathroom and en-suite shower room to double; both are slate tiled.

2 Ground floor reception rooms and separate kitchen dining room. Freesat TV and DVD player. Fully equipped kitchen.

Garden- 115 feet long, with 3 paved terraces, lawn, varied shrubs, herbaceous border, BBQ, garden benches and dining area. Small front garden.

Lammas View is a Victorian 3 storey building with steep and narrow staircases and has six steps up to the front door.
Due to door width the property is unsuitable for wheelchair users or those with severely restricted mobility. It is suitable for those with many non mobility disabilities.

Leamington Spa Station served by Cross Country Trains is 5 minutes by taxi,

The closest airports are Birmingham and Coventry.

By Water:
Warwick is on the Grand Union Canal, other navigation's near by include the Warwickshire River Avon and the Stratford upon Avon Canal.
