Leat Cottage is our purpose built holiday cottage. It is on our small holding where we have a little flock of breeding ewes and some pet goats. It is set along the leat of a river giving super views from its panoramic windows.
There are 3 double bedrooms, two have kingsize beds, one has twins. We have two bathrooms, one with a bath the other with a power shower. The kitchen has an electric hob, cooker and microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, kettle and toaster, and all crockery.
The building has a relaxing, contemporary feel to its furnishings and has underfloor heating throughout the ground floor.(Radiators upstairs).
On arrival we provide you with Tea,Coffee,Milk, sugar and a loaf of bread.
The local area has many attractions to visit, Longleat, Bath, Wells, Wookey Hole, Cheddar Gorge, Glastonbury and a wealth of National Trust properties within one hours drive.

Disabled Facilities: No. Although we do not list as having disabled facilities we do have a ground floor bedroom with a king size bed, a ground floor shower room, and the access from the parking to the building is all on level ground, we are a new build therefore all door ways comply with 2008 building regs and should take a standard width wheelchair

We are open all year round. Through the high season of Mid May until the beginning of October we only book for whole weeks. Out of high season we book long weekends and short weekday breaks. Our changover day is a Friday on weekly bookings, Friday to Monday on Long weekends and Monday to Friday on weekday breaks.
