Westbrooke Barns offers luxury holiday accommodation in a three and half acres setting with a stream running through the grounds hidden deep in the heart of the rural Norfolk countryside.
Our cottages are located in West End, a small hamlet just 2 miles from the A47. We may be hidden but our central location enables you to explore many beautiful places of interest that Norfolk and the Suffolk borders offer you.
The cottages are three beautiful restored and converted Norfolk farm buildings which were originally built in 1827. Each cottage retains its own country charm, decorated to offer all modern amenities and equipped to a high standard.

Approx 2 miles you will see a junction on your right to Necton. Turn right into this village. Just as you pass the garden centre, take the first turning on the left into St Andrews Lane. After about half a mile, take the next left turning into Ivy Todd Road. Continue along this road over the small hump back bridge, passing the brightly coloured cottage on your right. Continue along the road until you come to a sharp 'S' bend. On this bend is a junction to your right sign posted to Holme Hale and Ashill.
