Church Street
Holiday Cottage: 4559 Suffolk

Peasenhall
Church Street is a pretty Victorian Cottage which lies in the heart of the quiet unspoilt Suffolk Village of Peasenhall. The Cottage itself has been beautifully renovated and provides a delightful and comfortable base from which to explore the Suffolk countryside and coastline. Church Street has 2 bedrooms, bathroom, lounge, Kitchen/diner and rear courtyard garden.

Bedroom 1 is a double room to the front of the property, with a double bed and overlooks the grounds of Ancient House. Bedroom 2 to the rear of the property is also a double room has two single beds and has great views of the Church and Churchyard to the rear. Both Bedrooms have built in wardrobes. Also on the first floor is a large luxury bathroom.

The lounge to the front has a large Victorian feature fireplace, comfy sofa, television/DVD player and freeview box. The kitchen/diner is to the rear of the property and boasts all new appliances including fan oven, integrated fridge and freezer. There is also a dining table. From the kitchen a door leads to a rear sunny courtyard which has super views over the Church and grounds.

Children are most welcome at the cottage. A travel cot, highchair and stairgate are all available upon request.

All electricity, bed linen, towels and tea towels are included in the price.

Church Street is a non smoking cottage, however, we are more than happy for guests who wish to do so to smoke in the courtyard.

Peasenhall is an attractive Suffolk village ideally located between the Suffolk Heritage Coast and the ancient market town of Framlingham. Peasenhall boasts an extremely popular Butchers, Emmetts a renowed deli featured in Rick Steins Food Heros and Weavers an excellent teashop.

The attractions of Southwold and Aldeburgh lie within easy reach by car, as does the Snape Maltings Concert Hall and Minsmere Nature Reserve. There are woodland walks by Goodwins Farm on the edge of Peasenhall and sailing and golf at Aldeburgh and Woodbridge.

Tea/Coffee/Milk available upon arrival.
