Kinnaird House is a beautiful Victorian Country House set on a south west facing hillside with panoramic open views across Perthshire farmland to hills, forests and mountains. It provides an ideal location for a family get together, wedding parties, golfing parties and groups looking for activity breaks such as walking, fishing and water sports.

This large self catering holiday home has recently been re-furbished and now offers luxury contemporary accommodation within a magical setting. It will sleep 10 + infants in great comfort, offering sumptuous king sized beds and twin rooms with double aspect windows. There are 6 bedrooms (one on ground floor) and 5 bath/shower rooms in this well proportioned property, a drawing room with spacious bay window, a large dining room with antique oak table seating up to 10 and a large modern kitchen with range cooker and integrated appliances.

Kinnaird Garden Cottage adjoins the main house, forming the west wing and can be let separately or in addition to Kinnaird House, adding another 4 sleeping spaces if required.

Directions
By Car From the South (Edinburgh, Glasgow Stirling and Perth):
From Perth follow the A9 northbound (signposted Inverness). Once you reach Pitlochry exit onto the A924 (signposted Pitlochry, Braemar). Drive into Pitlochry town centre and turn right onto the A924 (signposted Blairgowrie, Braemar). Drive out of Pitlochry, through Moulin and into Kinnaird village. The lodges can be found on the left-hand-side.


From the North (Inverness, Aviemore and Blair Atholl):
Follow the A9 southbound (signposted Perth). Turn left (signposted Pitlochry, Braemar), then turn left onto the A924. Entering Pitlochry.Drive into Pitlochry town centre and turn left onto the A924 (signposted Blairgowrie, Braemar). Drive out of Pitlochry, through Moulin and into Kinnaird village. The lodges can be found on the left-hand-side.

By Train:
Pitlochry is situated on the main London to Inverness train line and is accessed directly from all parts of the UK - London, Glasgow, Edinburgh.

Kinnaird is less than 2 miles from Pitlochry train station. A taxi rank is situated just outside the station.

By Plane:
Kinnaird is approximately an hour from Edinburgh and Glasgow International airports. Flights are also available from Dundee and Inverness.
