Higher Rosevine Farm, in the heart of the Roseland Cornwall just 15 minutes walk from Portscatho, provides two beautifully presented holiday cottages on 15 acres of unspoilt ancient pasture.

The perfect location for a beach holiday, short break, walking holiday or rural holiday. These Roseland cottages are a 5 minute walk to the slipway and sandy swimming beach of Porthcurnick, the South West Coast Path and access to a multitude of lovely secluded coves.

There are two barns each with a double and twin bedroom to sleep from 2 - 4. Both the barns have fully fitted kitchens with dishwasher.

Local Services: Whether it be food and drink, sailing or scenery, Higher Rosevine Farm is perfectly situated for them all. The excellent Driftwood Hotel is 2 minutes away on foot, the picturesque harbour village of Portscatho with its shops and pubs just 15 minutes via the coast path or 5 minutes by car, and between them provide the best local food from pasties to Lobster. A 10 minute drive reaches the ever popular village of St. Mawes, home to the Hotel Tresanton, and offering access to the Fal estuary and its renowned sailing waters of the Carrick Roads.

Directions
From St Austell:
Follow the A390 towards Truro and after about 3 miles turn left onto the A3078, signposted to Tregony and St Mawes (after Andrew Toms Car Sales).
Follow the signs to Tregony and pass down through the village to the bottom of the hill.
At the bottom of the hill turn left staying on the A3078 towards Portscatho and St Mawes.
*After about 6 miles you come to a hamlet called Trewithian. On your right you will see Trewithian Farmhouse B&B, take the immediate first left signposted towards Rosevine. Take care with this turning as it is an acute turn back on itself.
Follow this lane to the 'T' junction and turn right. Higher Rosevine Farm is the first property on the right. Come in through the farm gates and parking is just to the right.

From Truro:
Leave Truro on the A390 towards St Austell. Pass through Tresillian. Continue until you see the A3078 signposted to Tregony and turn right.
At the bridge you will see Tregony signposted to the left, stay on the A3078 to Portscatho and St Mawes. From here follow the directions above.*
