The dining table seats 4 in comfortable leather chairs. From the lounge step through the double French doors onto the balcony which offers another 'AL fresco' seating area.
A private parking space is available outside the main apartment entrance. Entrance to the apartment is via a secure communal entrance at the rear of the property. Key or intercom access only. Access is via a stairwell and is therefore not suitable for the disabled.
The apartment is naturally warm and electrically heated by Economy 7 and wall mounted convector heaters. There is no separate charge for electricity, hot water or heating so you are free to use what you need when you need it.
We supply guests with the basic consumables i.e. toilet roll, washing up liquid; dishwasher tablets; cleaning materials; and salt & pepper. A complementary tray of tea/coffee/sugar together with a pint of milk is also available on your arrival.
