37 Norton Park is a recently refurbished holiday chalet. It has a well equipped kitchen and comfortable lounge. It sleeps 4 in 2 bedrooms, the main having a double bed and the second bedroom has 2 single beds.
It is conveniently located for Dartmouth, being 5 minutes away. It is also close to the wonderful beaches of the South Hams, in particular Blackpool Sands and Slapton Sands. The glorious River Dart is a hive of activity. Near by is the home of the late Agatha Christie which is now owned by the National Trust and has stunning grounds to visit.
Alternatively, you can relax and enjoy the peace and tranquillity of the surroundings within the Norton Park Centre, which include a Bar, Restaurant, Swimming Pool and entertainment suite.
The bar, known as Sullivan's is so named due to the close proximity of Norton Park to Coleton Fishacre, the one time home of the D'Oyly Carte family, who first staged the operettas written by Sir Arthur Sullivan and W. S. Gilbert at the Savoy Theatre.
Should you wish to take time out from the kitchen, the on-site restaurant serves an excellent selection of meals.
The open air swimming pool is available for use during the main summer season.
